Golf tournament promotes splendours of Xieng Khuang

The Lao Golf Federation and Xieng Khuang province’s Golf Federation held a friendly golf tournament to promote the sport and the scenic beauty of Xieng Khuang, at the Phoukoutthongkham golf course in Paek district.
The tournament was a test of the golf competition organising committee and facilities ahead of the golf competition taking place as part of the 11th National Games, to be hosted by Xieng Khuang province in December.
The tournament was attended by the Governor of Xieng Khuang province Mr Bounchanh Sivongphanh, President of the Lao Golf Federation Dr Kongsy Sengmany, business operators, and senior officials from various organisations.
Meanwhile, the Lao Golf Federation has selected four golfers to take part in the 31st South-East Asian (SEA) Games in Vietnam in May.
